Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However,
sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected and
there may be occasional delays. If so we will advise you at
the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of
delivery times.
Order dispatch
Orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) we aim to dispatch goods to
you the same working day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12
noon and on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched Mondays.
Domestic Shipping Services
The Imagination Creations, Inc., Online store ships to most
locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO)
addresses and the U.S. Territories.
UPS
Standard delivery
We use UPS and items can take 5/7days to
arrive. Goods cannot be tracked while in transit. If you
require goods for a specific date we recommend our express delivery option.

Times will vary but normally goods arrive within 2/3 working
days.
