Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Policy. For your convenience, returns can be made at Imagination
Creations, Inc. store located in Jupiter, FL, or through the
mail. Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed
and unworn with all tags intact, and with receipt or shipping
order. All merchandise
returns to the store are subject to a 24-hour re-stocking
period. All sales are final after 30 days.

To mail in your return, complete the
Return Mail Form
online, print the confirmation page and enclose it with your
merchandise in a box. Customers worldwide should use an
insured mail service, we cannot be responsible for items which
we do not receive. Shipping fees involved in making a return
to the Online Store will not be reimbursed. International
customers should contact their local customs office for the
